Facebook Data Report

For this project, I was tasked with creating a Facebook post for Acorn Analytics, an Elon University media analytics site. The post curated insights from a Harvard Business Review article on GenAI and was designed to drive engagement and link clicks.

 

After publishing, I tracked engagement data using Google Analytics. Next, I used this data to conduct a performance analysis comparing the post to 35 others from the same period. The report examines metrics like impressions, engagement rates, and click-throughs, and offers strategic recommendations based on content type trends and conversion performance.

Roaming Poets Blog Feature

During my internship with the Hillsborough Arts Council, I wrote a blog post highlighting The Roaming Poets, a local spoken word event. Through interviews with the event’s host and two featured poets, the piece explores the power of poetry to build community, foster expression, and celebrate diverse voices in Hillsborough’s creative scene.

Content Analysis:
Fast-food Mobile Marketing

This project explores how major fast-food brands incorporate gamification into their mobile marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand loyalty.

 

Using qualitative content analysis, I examined mobile apps and digital campaigns from leading brands like McDonald's, Burger King, and Starbucks. The research focused on gamified features such as rewards programs, progress bars, and tier systems, analyzing how these elements influence customer behavior and digital interaction.

The Hobbit Story Map

Created during my study abroad trip to London, this interactive story map explores how the landscapes in The Hobbit reflect real-world locations across the UK that inspired J.R.R. Tolkien.

Elon Ultimate Frisbee Micro-documentary

I filmed and edited this micro-documentary to highlight the energy, commitment, and camaraderie of Elon University’s club ultimate frisbee team. Incorporating on-field footage and candid interviews, I aimed to capture the spirit of the team and the community they’ve built through the sport.
